to use the Enaire Drones Map"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Enaire Drones map<\/strong> is the main, most complete and legally valid tool for flying any <a href=\"https:\/\/javiergomiz.com\/en\/type-of-drones\/\">type of drone<\/a> in Spain.<\/p>\n\n<p>It details all the <strong>areas and zones<\/strong> that require a <strong>permit or prior notification<\/strong> to fly a UAS in Spanish territory.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Enaire Drones map<\/strong>, the zones and rules of drone flight, especially after the last change in the regulations that was made through <a href=\"https:\/\/javiergomiz.com\/en\/new-uas-royal-decree\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Royal Decree 517\/2024<\/a>, are in continuous <strong>change and evolution<\/strong>, having, in my opinion, taken a more <strong>restrictive but at the same time more professional<\/strong> turn.<\/p>\n\n<p>One example of a positive change in this latest update has been to decrease the radius of action of the dreaded \u2018CTR zones\u2019 (the main battle horse of drone pilots), as these zones require <strong>more intricate logistics<\/strong> when applying for a permit to fly.<\/p>\n\n<iframe width=\"800\" height=\"500  \" Enaire Drones map, I will help you to <strong>interpret <\/strong>each one of them and <strong>I will detail the information<\/strong> you will need in order to apply for the flight permit.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is very important for you to know that there are<strong> national regulations<\/strong>, i.e. that they affect all parts of Spain, as well as <strong>regional regulations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>As I live in Mallorca, I provide you with all the information about the Balearic Islands as I have them very close at hand and I know a lot more about <a href=\"https:\/\/javiergomiz.com\/en\/fly-drones-mallorca\/\">what you need to know to fly drones in Mallorca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>ENAIRE Drones map<\/strong> is an indispensable tool for finding out the restrictions applicable to drone flights in Spain.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>If you have any problems with These areas ensure the safety of manned and unmanned aircraft.<br\/>In the <mark style=\"background-color:#fdecc9\" class=\"has-inline-color\">yellow zones<\/mark> <strong>you can fly<\/strong> freely up to a certain altitude depending on whether it is an <strong>airport, airfield or heliport<\/strong>.<br\/>To fly in the <mark style=\"background-color:#fdcfc3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">red zone<\/mark> you have to fulfil a number of requirements (more info below) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What you can do:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In NON-free flight zones you must request a permit from ENAIRE at least 21 days in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flying without a specific permit is strictly prohibited in areas where permits are required.
